Newer semi-hard cheese from Munsterland, made from pasteurized biologically-produced cow milk and vegetarian rennet

Light yellow, elastic interior with a few round holes. During the ripening process, the cheese is washed in the ecologically-brewed Lammsbrau Oko-Weisse beer. Afterwards, it is covered in a thin wax layer, which is not suitable for consumption

Fat content: 50 % fat, dry weight

Taste: mildly aromatic
