Semi-hard cheese from the Swiss region of Jura, handmade from raw cow milk

Produces only in summer in the part of the Alps that is over 2000 m high

Ivory-colored, elastic interior almost no holes, with brownish natural rind, covered with a plastic foil, which is not suitable for consumption

Fat content: 50 % fat, dry weight

Taste: strongly aromatic, spicy with nutty aromas, slightly hot
