Aromatized in wine most (ital. ubriaco = drunken)

Golden yellow, compact interior with reddish brown natural rind

Fat content: 40 % fat, dry weight

Taste: intensely fruity, full-bodied, piquant, characteristic

Ripening time: 610 months
