Hand made from raw Rasa and Lacha sheep milk

Ivory-colored, compact interior with hard natural rind, which is partially covered in noble mold

Fat content: 55 % fat, dry weight

Taste: full-bodied, creamy, slightly spicy

Ripening time: at least 4 months
