Hand made only from full milk from Frisona cows and animal rennet

Ripening time: at least 15 days

The pressed cheese loaves have a slanted rectangular or cylindrical form

Fat content: at least 45 % fat, dry weight

Ivory-colored, elastic interior with yellow, smooth natural rind

Taste: aromatic, fresh, mild buttery aroma
