Traditional cream cheese, which is handmade and industrially produced from pasteurized cow milk

Available in three different fat-content levels: Low-fat (under 10 % fat, dry weight), half-fat (20 % fat, dry weight) and full-fat (40 % fat, dry weight)

Taste: freshly aromatic, slightly sour

Also offered aromatized with garlic, herbs or seasonings
