Hand-made from pasteurized goat milk

White, soft interior, which firms up during ripening. Thin natural rind with noble mold

Fat content: 45 % fat, dry weight

Taste: fresh, slightly sour, mild-aromatic, nutty with increasing ripeness

Ripening time: at least 12 days
