Small, handmade, bottle-shaped cheese loaves. Ivory-colored, soft interior, which ripens inward and thus becomes very creamy. Natural rind with white mold, dusted with ashes

Fat content: 45 % fat, dry weight

Taste: aromatic, earthy, slightly acidic
