Camembert au Calvados

Camembert de Normandie variation. During the ripening process, the rind is removed from the cheese loaves and the cheese is soaked in Calvados (apple schnapps), where it gets its aroma. Finally, the loaves are covered in bread crumbs.

Taste: as Camembert de Normandie, but with a hint of apple and alcohol
