Pasta filata cheese, which is a relative of Mozzarella, with soft consistency from Apulia (I)

Offered in a small sack form (250 g), whose outer cover is made from the cheese itself. Inside the sack is a filling made from unprocessed strands of the cheese, mixed with cream.

Traditionally packed in asphodel leaves

Fat content: 44 % fat, dry weight

Taste: creamy & buttery, mild
