The hand-formed, elongated loaves ripen in fern leaves and are garnished with fern leaves at the end of the production process.

Fat content: 45 % fat, dry weight

Taste: mildly spicy, slightly salty, with characteristic hints of goat cheese

Ripening time: 12 days
