Traditional, handmade soft cheese made from raw goat buttermilk and red smear. Originally comes from the NordPas-de-Calais region. The bottle-shaped loaves are formed by hand.

Refined with various seasonings and covered in paprika powder

Fat content: 23 % fat, dry weight

Taste: hot and spicy, salty with a tart aroma of paprika

Ripening time: 3 months
